Who Are We?

My name is Jacob and I have always been fascinated by the process of brewing beer. I loved the rich history of beer-making and the different styles and flavors that could be created through different brewing techniques and ingredients.

One day, I decided to try my hand at home brewing. I started by doing some research, reading books and articles about the process, and watching videos on how to brew beer. I was amazed by the intricate steps involved in brewing, from selecting the right ingredients, to boiling the wort to fermenting the beer and waiting for that delicious first sip.

I gathered all the necessary equipment and ingredients and set to work on my first batch. It was a bit of a learning curve at first, as I had to get the timing and temperatures just right. But with each batch, I became more confident and skilled in my brewing.

As my brewing skills improved, I began experimenting with different ingredients and techniques. I tried brewing with different types of hops, malt, and yeast, and I even started to create my own unique recipes. Before I knew it, I was brewing delicious, complex beers that were the envy of my friends and family.

Home brewing became more than just a hobby for me. It was a passion, and I was always eager to share my beer with others and get their feedback. Now, I am proud to say that I am a successful home brewer, and I love sharing my knowledge and passion for brewing with others. Whether it's helping someone get started with their first batch or sharing tips and tricks for improving their brewing, I am always happy to be a part of the home brewing community.

One of the reasons I started the Craft Brewing Collective was to provide a community for other homebrewers to feel connected with other members of the community. I have always wanted to open my own store around craft brewing, but didn't know where to start. It's my hope that when you purchase from my shop, you feel like you are a part of the community as well. Whether you are new to the community of homebrewers, or own your own brewery, the Craft Brewing Collective is for you!
